SePure 普通玻璃層析柱
簡介：
層析柱主要是根據要分離的植物有效成份（多糖類，皂苷類，黃酮類，生物堿等）、化工中間體（氨基酸，蛋白質，核酸，抗生素，維生素等）、活性物質等物質與層析柱內的不同填料（大孔樹脂、離子交換樹脂，凝膠，硅膠，纖維類等填料）：
一、在不同的親和度，
二、在不同濃度的酸堿液下，
三、在不同的極性溶液下，
四、在不同的壓力和流速下
有層次的分開不同類別或不同成份，而得到計劃有效組份或成分
sepure普通玻璃層析柱與sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱的區(qū)別在于：
1.sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱耐壓范圍3-6bar，而sepure普通玻璃層析柱耐壓范圍1-2bar，兩者的材質及厚度均不一樣
2.sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱帶轉換接頭（軸向伸縮功能），能給柱內增壓和調節(jié)填料層高度，而普通型無此功能，這是兩者主要的區(qū)別
3、sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱的液體分布系統比普通型更加優(yōu)化、更加復雜、液體分布效果更為均勻，進液不會沖擊填料層
4、sepure 普通玻璃層析柱的直徑大到10cm，而sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱的直徑能到20cm、25cm、30cm
一般在蛋白純化、天然產物有效成分提取、核酸質粒提取、大分子分離等一類填料非常昂貴的實驗，建議使用sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱，因為sepure plus中壓玻璃層析柱裝柱方便、分離效果理想，實驗能一次成功的幾率大很多
柱子結構：高硼硅玻璃柱體、上封頭、密封圈、下封頭、進出料口（四氟）、篩網、分布器
柱體材質：高硼硅玻璃
柱子承壓：1~2bar
耐腐蝕程度：耐酸、堿和有機溶劑[選配]（丙酮、甲wan、氨水、二氯甲wan等、san lu jia wan不能長時間運行）
軸向伸縮：無
操作溫度：0℃-60℃
篩網目數：50目-500目，根據客戶填料的粗細來確定，對于一般的葡聚糖凝膠、瓊脂糖凝膠，以及離子交換樹脂、大孔吸附樹脂400目都能*阻擋。
柱的清洗:肥皂水和洗滌劑是層析柱適宜的清洗劑.如層析柱被蛋白質沾污可用洗滌劑清洗.
柱的消毒：120℃以下，高壓消毒20分鐘。
